A little about me
Healing begins in a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I am passionate about walking alongside children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including trauma, substance use, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, relationship concerns, and other difficult life circumstances. I believe that God meets you with grace and compassion, and I strive to bring those same qualities into the therapeutic space while helping you recognize your strengths, build resilience, and develop practical skills that foster lasting growth and healing.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while remaining flexible to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work on identifying unhelpful thinking patterns, building healthier coping strategies, and making meaningful changes to support your emotional well-being. I also have a strong passion for facilitating therapeutic groups, as I believe the shared experience of healing within a supportive community can foster connection, encouragement, and personal growth. When desired, I welcome opportunities to integrate Christianity into the therapeutic space.
I am committed to creating a supportive, collaborative space where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and reach your goals. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges.
As a fifth-year doctoral student at Adler University, I am completing my clinical internship under the supervision of Dr. Ann Letourneau, CSJ, and as part of the Chicago Area Christian Training Consortium.
