A little about me

I offer care that is grounded in evidence and guided by compassion and respect. I strive to create conversations that are authentic, empathic, and safe. I am interested in understanding you – your experiences, your story, and the ways those experiences shape how you see yourself and the world.

My approach is flexible so that your goals, values, and lived experiences remain at the center of our work. I bring experiences that have shaped my ongoing growth and skill in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, values, behaviors, relationships, and the broader systems around you—and how all of these interact to shape your day‑to‑day life.

My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and understood, so we can move through self‑reflection, growth, and empowerment.

I join The Center under the supervision of Dr. Ann Letourneau, CSJ, while finishing my second year of the clinical psychology doctoral program at Roosevelt University.
